Local Cubs and Scouts Pottery Workshop 14th March 2011

The theme for the evening was Mothers day. So they all made a small coil dish. Some of the them modelled small hearts on the side that were then painted with a red underglaze. When the pots have been fired they are going to fill them with chocolate. A lovely gift for Mothers day.

The pots are in the bisque firing tonight(Monday 21st March 2011) Hope they all fire safely. Watch this space to see all the pots completed.

I have now fired all the pots and they look wonderful. You can see three of the finished pots below.
